H.W.Clark's Business Timeline 

~1876~Clark's first business in North Adams, The H.W. Clark Wholesale Company, is established.

~1884~Clark's second business is established and is called The Canedy Clark Shoe Company. The shoe industry was a large part of  industry North Adams.

~1889~The third business started by Clark is formed and is called The H.W. Clark Produce Company.

~1899~The H.W. Clark Biscuit Company is established on Liberty Street in North Adams.

~1903~ Clark's son takes a large role in owning the H.W. Clark Biscuit Company.

~1923~ A fire burns down The H.W. Clark Biscuit Company on the Liberty Street location.

~1923~ The H.W. Clark Biscuit Company begins to be rebuilt on Ashland Street in North Adams.

~1930~ The H.W. Clark Biscuit Company is completed on Ashland Street, after seven years of work.
